Zenchel Kennels was established in 1987 by Sylvia Power, now one of Victoria’s most prominent Labrador experts.
Sylvia is takes a keen interest in all the wonderful advances in health screening for our dogs and finding a balance between all the information that is available to us and the maintenance of correct breed type and temperament.
Sylvia is very involved in the Labrador breeding community, having held various key positions in the Labrador Retriever Club of Victoria, National Labrador Retriever Breed Council, Committee of Management of Dogs Victoria, Dogs Victoria Canine Health Committee, and more.
